The House Wife’s Evening Banquet
During our Viking age and medieval period the house wife held the key to the farm and storage rooms.

A tasty dish is made from meat, bird, fish and the finest turnips. The meal is served with home made bread spread with spiced butter. The house wife then prepares the dessert; wood berries simmering in wine and sour cream sweetened with honey.
